Role Description
We are seeking an Assistant Store Manager for a full-time, on-site role located in Gorakhpur. The Assistant Store Manager will oversee the daily operations of the store, ensure excellent customer service, monitor inventory, implement loss prevention strategies, and support the store team to achieve sales targets. The role also includes supervising and mentoring staff, maintaining store cleanliness and organization, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. This role requires strong leadership qualities and the ability to deliver an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.
Qualifications
- Proven ability in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service, with a focus on delivering excellent experiences.
- Effective Communication skills to engage with customers and manage staff effectively.
- Experience in Store Management and Retail environments, with knowledge of day-to-day operations and team leadership.
- Understanding of Retail Loss Prevention techniques to safeguard inventory and minimize shrinkage.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with an ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Basic proficiency with inventory management systems and POS systems.
- Prior experience in a retail management role is highly desirable.
- Educational qualifications such as a degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field are a plus.
