Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position based in Mumbai for an Assistant Store Manager. The Assistant Store Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily store operations, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, managing inventory, supervising staff, and maintaining store performance metrics. The role entails monitoring stock levels, coordinating with suppliers, addressing customer inquiries, implementing retail loss prevention strategies, and supporting the Store Manager in achieving sales goals and efficiency targets.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Customer Service and a demonstrated ability to ensure Customer Satisfaction
- Effective Communication skills to interact with staff, suppliers, and customers in a professional manner
- Experience in Store Management, including inventory management and performance tracking
- Knowledge of Retail Loss Prevention strategies and methods to ensure asset protection
- Proven leadership and team management abilities
- Adaptability to a fast-paced retail environment
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field is a plus
- Prior experience in retail or store operations is preferred
