Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Mumbai for a Store Representative. The Store Representative will engage with customers in a consultative manner to understand their needs, recommend suitable products, and provide information about the curated furniture and wardrobe systems.
Qualifications
- Welcome and assist walk-in clients visiting the showroom
- Understand client requirements and introduce relevant products
- Provide a basic walkthrough of the showroom and product collections
- Collect client details and maintain lead records
- Coordinate with the sales team for quotations and follow-ups
- Ensure the showroom is well maintained, organized, and presentable
- Manage brochures, catalogues, and product information
- Assist with client appointments and showroom visits
- Professional demeanor, ability to work in a team, and attention to detail
Skills Required
- Good communication in English and Hindi
- Pleasant personality and professional appearance
- Customer service mindset
- Organized and responsible
- Interest in interiors, furniture, or lifestyle products
Preferred Candidate
- 0–3 years experience in retail, hospitality, or showroom environment
- Freshers with good communication can also apply
- Experience in the luxury or furniture retail sector is an added advantage
