About SkinBae
SkinBae is building a curated Korean skincare platform in India. We work closely with global Korean beauty brands and focus on thoughtful storytelling, education-led skincare, and customer experience.
We operate across D2C, marketplaces, and offline retail, and our Gurgaon store is an important part of bringing the SkinBae experience to life offline.
Role Overview
As an Assistant Store Manager, you will support the Store Manager in handling the day-to-day operations of the store while ensuring a smooth customer experience.
You will help manage store staff, support sales performance, coordinate inventory and store operations, and ensure customers receive the right skincare guidance and support on the floor.
This role combines customer interaction, operational execution, and team coordination.
What You Will Own
- Support daily store operations and floor management
- Assist in achieving daily and monthly sales targets
- Ensure customers are attended to properly and guided well
- Support upselling and customer conversion
- Coordinate with store staff to ensure smooth operations
- Help maintain inventory and stock availability
- Ensure shelves and displays remain organized and visually appealing
- Support execution of in-store promotions and campaigns
- Assist customers with skincare and product recommendations
- Help maintain smooth store opening and closing procedures
- Support customer data collection and WhatsApp retention activities
What We Are Looking For
- 1 to 4 years of experience in retail, beauty, skincare, or customer-facing operations
- Strong communication and customer handling skills
- Comfortable working on the floor in a fast-paced retail environment
- Interest in skincare, beauty, and customer experience
- Ability to coordinate with teams and handle operational responsibilities
- Hands-on, proactive, and detail-oriented approach
Experience in cosmetics, skincare, beauty retail, or lifestyle retail will be preferred.

- 6-day work week
- Work from store at Felix Plaza, Gurgaon
