This role is essential for the smooth operation of our store, ensuring effective management of inventory, staff, and customer service. As an Assistant Store Incharge, you will be responsible for assisting with store operations, including inventory control, staff supervision, and customer service. Responsibilities
- Assist the Store Incharge in managing day-to-day store operations at Nazra Software Solutions.
- Oversee inventory management, including stock ordering, receiving, and organization.
- Supervise store staff, ensuring they adhere to company policies and procedures.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory, sales, and store transactions.
- Assist in planning and executing promotional events and sales strategies.
- Ensure store cleanliness and adherence to safety standards.
- Monitor sales performance and report on key metrics to management.
- Train and support new staff members to ensure they are fully equipped to perform their duties.
- Assist with scheduling and staffing to ensure the store is adequately covered during peak hours.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in store management or a similar role at Nazra Software Solutions.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using inventory management software and POS systems.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
