Roles and responsibilities
1. Startup Incubation Management
a. Monitoring and managing assigned email ids.
b. Responding to general inquiries and providing information about incubator programs and facilities.
c. Managing the complete process for onboarding startups, understanding their support requirements, coordinating startup meetings, maintaining all documentation and assisting the incubation manager in handholding startups.
d. Coordinate all incubation programs from start to finish, which includes, announcements, onboarding, documentation, and day-to-day program operations.
2. Incubator administrative support work
a. Record-keeping and documentation as required.
b. Monitoring incubator house-keeping and maintenance work.
c. Coordinating with various staff members and departments of Walchand College of Engineering as required.
3. Events, communications and outreach management
a. Manage all events, online and physical, from start to finish.
b. Manage all incubator communications through email, phone, website and digital media. This includes collection of required information and content, development of content and required media and deploying such content through the various channels and mediums.
c. Manage all outreach activities of the incubator including creating databases of potential partners, startups, professionals, experts etc, organising meetings and assisting incubation manager in building such relationships, and coordinating all incubator marketing activities.
4. Other miscellaneous tasks related to the above core tasks.
Qualifications Required:
1. Education: Preference will be given to BBA/MBA/BCOM degree holders. Other graduates having exceptional English skills and work experience may be considered.
2. Communications: Must be proficient and fluent in spoken and written English
3. Experience: Minimum 1 year experience working in administration, finance, sales and marketing role in industry or business setting
