Role Description The Assistant Spa Manager is a full-time remote role supporting the strategic and operational management of the spa. This position assists in overseeing day-to-day spa operations, including coordinating treatment schedules, supporting therapist teams, and ensuring consistent delivery of high-quality guest experiences. The role includes monitoring service standards, supporting wellness programming, coordinating virtual training and meetings, and collaborating with leadership on promotions and guest communication. The Assistant Spa Manager also helps track performance metrics, supports inventory and vendor coordination, and contributes to continuous improvement of spa services aligned with the resort’s wellness-driven brand.
Qualifications
- Experience in spa, wellness, hospitality, or resort operations, with a focus on guest service and experience management.
- Strong organizational and administrative skills, including schedule coordination, documentation, and basic reporting.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and interacting with guests and partners.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage priorities, and maintain reliability in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfort with digital tools and systems used for reservations, scheduling, remote meetings, and reporting.
- Knowledge of spa and wellness services, customer care practices, and standards of professional conduct in a hospitality environment.
- Relevant education in hospitality management, wellness, business, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.
- Availability to align working hours with resort operations and occasional flexibility for peak periods or special events.
