Role Description
We are looking for an Assistant Manager-Sourcing to manage communication with international
suppliers. The candidate will be responsible for coordinating delivery timelines, ensuring
packaging designs meet specifications, and maintaining regular updates with suppliers. Strong
translation and negotiation skills are essential.• Identify, evaluate, and onboard reliable and cost-effective suppliers.
• Manage daily communication with suppliers to monitor production schedules and ensure
timely deliveries.
• Coordinate packaging development, artwork approvals, and compliance with brand
requirements.
• Track production milestones and shipment schedules, providing regular status updates to
internal teams.
• Proactively resolve supply chain, quality, or logistics issues to avoid delays and
disruptions.
Requirements:
• Experience in home category sourcing will be a plus
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Previous experience in supply chain, sourcing, or logistics preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple international suppliers and timelines simultaneously.
