📍 Position Details.
Designation: Assistant Sourcing Manager
Experience: 8–20 Years
Qualification: Diploma / B.Tech / B.E. (Electronics & Communication)
Location: Vadodara (Sama Savli & Waghodia)
🔍 What You'll Do
✔ Managing the sourcing of electronic components, PCBs, hardware, mechanical parts, and all other components related to the assigned projects.
✔ Coordinating with the Engineering/Design team to ensure the timely completion of quotations.
✔ Analyzing, reviewing, and pre-finalizing quotations with accuracy.
✔ Maintaining close coordination with the Sales and Purchase teams to achieve departmental targets.
✔ Negotiating with suppliers on pricing, delivery schedules, and commercial terms to meet customer expectations.
✔ Building and maintaining strong supplier relationships through effective communication.
✔ Identifying, evaluating, and developing new suppliers for upcoming projects.
✔ Ensuring 100% accuracy while pre-finalizing each assigned quotation.
✔ Preparing sourcing reports and participating in monthly performance reviews with the Department Head.
✅ We're Looking For
✔ Proven experience in EMS / Electronics Manufacturing sourcing.
✔ Strong knowledge of electronic components, PCBs, hardware, and mechanical parts.
✔ Experience in vendor development, supplier evaluation, and global sourcing.
✔ Sound understanding of supply chain processes and procurement strategies.
✔ Excellent negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.
✔ Strong command of Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
✔ A collaborative mindset with high ethical standards and a result-oriented approach.
