Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Assistant Social Media Manager based in Pune Division. The primary responsibilities include managing social media accounts, developing and executing content strategies, optimizing pages for better engagement through Social Media Optimization (SMO), and creating effective communication strategies. Additional responsibilities may include collaborating with the marketing team to enhance brand presence and monitoring online trends to incorporate into campaigns.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO)
- Strong skills in Communication and Writing
- Experience in developing and implementing effective Content Strategies
- Knowledge of digital marketing trends and platform best practices
- Ability to analyze engagement metrics and provide actionable insights
- Familiarity with graphic design tools and platforms is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
