Role: Assistant Social Media Manager (On-site | Delhi)
We are looking for a dynamic Assistant Social Media Manager to manage and grow our social presence across platforms. This role requires a mix of creativity, execution, and hands-on community engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute social media content across platforms (Instagram, YouTube, etc.)
- Manage day-to-day posting for both short-form and long-form content (including YouTube)
- Develop and implement content strategies aligned with brand positioning
- Write engaging captions and build strong brand narratives
- Drive viewer engagement through content tailored for Meta Ads (hooks, storytelling, retention-focused creatives)
- Handle community management: respond to DMs, comments, and audience queries promptly
- Drive influencer outreach and PR collaborations with creators across categories
- Support and execute offline events, brand activations, and community initiatives
- Track performance using analytics tools and optimize content accordingly
- Maintain basic reports using Excel/Google Sheets for tracking growth and campaigns
- Collaborate closely with design, marketing, and content teams
Qualifications and Work-Ex
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field preferred
- Work-Ex: 1 - 3 years
