Role Description The Showroom Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Kochi, responsible for overseeing daily showroom operations and ensuring an excellent experience for every visitor. This role includes managing product displays, maintaining showroom standards, and coordinating inventory and stock levels. The Showroom Manager will guide customers through ergonomic furniture solutions, provide product demonstrations, and support the sales process from initial inquiry to purchase completion. Responsibilities also include leading and mentoring showroom staff, tracking sales performance, handling customer feedback, and collaborating with the broader Bosq team on promotions and events.
Qualifications
- Strong customer-focused skills, including Customer Satisfaction, Customer Service, and Customer Experience.
- Proven ability in Sales, with experience meeting targets and converting showroom visits into purchases.
- Hands-on experience managing Showrooms or retail spaces, including visual merchandising and day-to-day operations.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to explain ergonomic and design concepts clearly.
- Ability to lead and motivate a small team, including scheduling, coaching, and performance monitoring.
- Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and comfort working with basic sales and inventory software.
- Previous experience in furniture, interiors, ergonomics, or related industries is an advantage.
- Relevant diploma or degree in business, retail management, design, or a related field preferred.
