Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Thodupuzha for an Assistant Service Manager. The Assistant Service Manager will oversee daily operations of the service center to ensure customer satisfaction and efficient workflow. Responsibilities include managing service schedules, coordinating with the technical team, handling customer queries and complaints, and ensuring adherence to quality and safety standards. Additionally, the Assistant Service Manager will support the development and training of the service team to maintain high performance.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in service management, customer handling, and team coordination
- Technical skills, including knowledge of two-wheeler mechanics and troubleshooting
- Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities
- Organizational skills for managing service schedules and maintaining operational efficiency
- Familiarity with automotive industry standards and safety regulations
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and service management software is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in automobile engineering, mechanical engineering, or a related field
- Preferred experience in managing a service team or handling customer-centric operations
