Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Security Officer (ASO) located in Gurugram. The ASO will support the security team in implementing and monitoring security measures, supervising security personnel, conducting routine inspections, and ensuring compliance with safety protocols. Additionally, the ASO will be responsible for responding to security incidents and coordinating with emergency services as needed. Maintaining accurate records and providing periodic reports will also be part of the daily tasks.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of security protocols, risk management, and emergency response procedures
- Experience in supervising and training security personnel
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to maintain accurate records
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Physical fitness for performing routine inspections and responding to incidents
- Experience as an Ex-Serviceman or a background in a related security role
- Familiarity with advanced surveillance systems and security technology is a plus
- Ability to demonstrate leadership and a proactive approach to managing critical situations
