Role Description
In the role of Assistant Security Manager, you will support the Security Manager in developing and maintaining a safe and secure environment for guests, team members, and the property. Your day-to-day tasks include overseeing security operations, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, coordinating with local authorities, managing emergency response procedures, conducting regular audits, and training personnel on security protocols. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bardez.
Qualifications
- Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and train staff effectively.
- Knowledge of safety and security protocols, risk management, and emergency response planning.
- Experience in conducting security audits, implementing safety procedures, and identifying potential risks.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Proficiency in using security systems and technology, including surveillance equipment.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Previous experience in security management, preferably in the hospitality industry, is an advantage.
- Relevant certifications in security management, first aid, or emergency response would be beneficial.
