Job Description:
1. Achieving business objectives of sales and service, as per plan
a. Achieving sales / service topline objectives through designated channel partners and ensuring collections as per norms. Also maintain channel hygiene by timely closure of queries /complaints.
b. Market coverage in city and upcountry locations.
c. Inventory management of vending machines, vending consumables and service consumables, hygiene and compliance at the local level as per norms.
d. Assist and guide channel partners in acquiring key customers through lead generation, negotiations, demos etc.
e. Understand competitor activities in the assigned territory & give relevant feedback to the management from time to time
2. Customer acquisition through lead generations, demos and closures with desired norms and assist dealers in key account retention
a. Exploring and implementing different lead generation activities
b. Identification, mapping, effective engagement, demonstration, negotiation and closure of key accounts
c. Introduce new products to existing customers
d. Regular visits to existing accounts, taking feedback and necessary correctives, if any.
3. Channel Management
a. Conducting periodic sales and service trainings in coordination with HO for channel partners
b. Build rapport with the channel partners and key accounts in the assigned territory to ensure service levels are maintained as per the defined business norms.
c. Regular tracking of secondary movement of materials at the channel partner’s end and taking necessary correctives
4. Organizational Imperatives
a. Formulate plans and track metrics for key business processes under Enterprise Risk Management
b. Lead and manage team of outsourced sales and service personnel
c. Actively participate and originate Kaizens, actively involve in Business Excellence initiatives.
d. Adhere to Compliance and Safe Working Environment
Qualifications & Work Experience
Graduate in any Discipline + MBA with Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience
Preferred: Exposure to beverage vending industry
