Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position as an Assistant Sales Manager (German Language Expert) based in Thane. The role involves supporting the sales team in market research, customer communication, and managing accounts, particularly in German-speaking countries. The professional will be responsible for understanding client requirements, preparing proposals, coordinating orders, maintaining relationships with international clients, and ensuring the timely execution of projects. Collaboration with internal teams to meet customer needs and cultural nuances will also be a critical aspect of this role.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in German and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills in both languages.
- Experience in sales, client relationship management, and account maintenance across international markets.
- Strong skills in market research, proposal preparation, and managing customer expectations.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure timely project delivery.
- Keen attention to detail, organizational skills, and a results-driven approach.
- Prior experience in industrial sales, especially in the sealing or manufacturing industry, is a plus.
- Familiarity with CRM systems, MS Office applications, and ERP systems is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a relevant field. Certification in German language proficiency is preferred.
- Candidates from Mumbai, Navi Mumbai and Thane are preferred.
