Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in Bengaluru for an Assistant Sales Manager. The Assistant Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth by developing and maintaining relationships with clients, providing product and service information, and identifying sales opportunities. The role involves meeting sales targets, coordinating with internal teams, and contributing to the planning and execution of sales strategies. Qualifications
- Proven expertise in Sales, Client Relationship Management, and Market Research
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships
- Ability to analyze market trends and design effective sales strategies
- Experience with Sales CRM tools and the ability to effectively use data analysis for decision-making
- Team leadership skills and the ability to coordinate and mentor sales team members
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills to meet targets efficiently
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Prior experience in real estate sales or a related industry is a significant advantage
