Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Sales Manager based in Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar (Aurangabad). The role involves driving sales activities, managing client relationships, executing sales strategies, and contributing to revenue growth. Responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, negotiating contracts, conducting market analysis, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and business expansion.
* The designated sales territory will cover the region from Nashik to Nagpur.
Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or related field
* MBA in Sales/Marketing (preferred but not mandatory)
Experience
* 4–6 years of experience in sales, preferably in construction chemicals, cement, or admixture industry
* Proven track record of achieving sales targets and business growth
