Role Description The Assistant Sales Manager is a full-time role & responsible for supporting and driving sales activities for Truww’s home design solutions. This role includes engaging with prospective and existing clients, explaining Truww’s offerings, conducting site visits, and assisting in presenting design proposals.
The Assistant Sales Manager will help manage the sales pipeline, follow up on leads, support negotiation and deal closure, and coordinate with design and operations teams to ensure smooth project handovers. Daily tasks also involve maintaining accurate sales records, preparing basic sales reports, and contributing to customer satisfaction and retention initiatives.
Qualifications
- Strong sales and negotiation abilities, with experience in lead management and client relationship building.
- Customer service and communication skills, including the capacity to present design solutions clearly and professionally.
- Basic understanding of interior design or home improvement services, or willingness to quickly learn industry concepts.
- Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple client interactions and project coordination.
- Comfort working in an on-site environment and visiting client locations as needed.
- Proficiency in using common office and CRM tools to track leads, opportunities, and sales activities.
- Prior experience in sales, real estate, interiors.
- Relevant diploma or bachelor’s degree in business marketing, or a related discipline is an advantage.
