Assistant Sales Manager – Conference & Exhibition Sales – JD
Trade Promotion Council of India (TPCI) is seeking a dynamic and result oriented Asst. Sales Manager to join its Conference Division in its HQ in Connaught Place, New Delhi. The incumbent should have expertise in developing Delegate Database, Passionate about onboarding delegates for the conference and ensure registered delegate’s presence in the venue on the day of the conference. The job profile would demand extensive tele-calling, Whatsapp Marketing and good interpersonal communication skill.
Education: BBA / MBA /B Com with background of B2B Space Selling
Experience - 3 -5 Years in Conference / Exhibition Sales
The incumbent should have a proven track record in selling exhibition space, sponsorship and driving
delegates for the conference.
Responsibilities:
- Sales of Sponsorship
- Delegate Database Creation for Conference
- Database Management
- Tele Calling, Email & What’s App Marketing for driving Delegate Registration
- Delegate Registration for Conference
- Ensuring Presence of Registered Delegate in the venue on the day of Conference
Skills:
- Competent in Lead Generation & Prospecting
- Competent in communication with CXO level Corporate Executives
- Ability of strong Networking and Prospect Relationship Development
- Working knowledge in XL, Google Sheet & Database Management
- Excellent English Verbal and written Communication
- Email Marketing / Whats App Marketing
- Competent in preparing PPT Presentation
- Ability to work in a fast spaced and target driven work environment
