Role Description The Assistant Sales Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. This role supports the sales team in driving business development, managing client relationships, and identifying opportunities with brands and agencies in the film and media space. Day-to-day responsibilities include assisting with lead generation, preparing sales presentations and proposals, coordinating meetings and follow-ups, and maintaining accurate sales reports and CRM data. The Assistant Sales Manager collaborates with production and creative teams to align client expectations with project deliverables, helps negotiate pricing and contracts under guidance, and contributes to achieving revenue targets. The role also involves monitoring market trends, competitor offerings, and customer feedback to refine sales strategies and improve service quality.
