Role Description
We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Assistant Sales Manager for a full-time, on-site position in Bengaluru. The Assistant Sales Manager will be responsible for supporting the Sales team in identifying potential clients, managing client accounts, and achieving sales targets. Key responsibilities include conducting market research, building relationships with clients, developing sales strategies, and assisting in closing deals. The role also involves providing outstanding customer service, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and maintaining detailed records of sales activities and client interactions.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in sales techniques, client relationship management, and account management
- Strong market research, lead generation, and business development skills
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet or exceed targets
- Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail and follow-through
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Previous experience in real estate, sales, or a similar customer-facing role is preferred
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team and contribute to a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field
