About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and result-driven Asst Sales Manager to strengthen our presence in the logistics and air cargo segment. The ideal candidate should have strong field sales and business development experience, with the ability to build customer relationships, generate new business opportunities, and drive revenue growth within the assigned territory. Candidates with experience in logistics, freight forwarding, courier, or domestic air cargo operations will be preferred.
Responsibilities
- Plan and execute a structured monthly visit cycle for existing and prospective customers.
- Understand customer requirements and ensure timely and effective service delivery.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers and business partners.
- Identify new business opportunities and generate sales from existing and new accounts.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth operational support for customers.
- Handle customer queries and complaints professionally and ensure quick resolution.
- Maintain regular follow-ups and provide market feedback to management.
- Ensure strong local market coverage within the assigned territory.

Preferred experience
- 4-6 Years of experience within logistics, air cargo, freight forwarding, courier, or a similar industry preferred.
Preferred Skillset
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets and business development.
- Good knowledge of domestic air logistics procedures and operations.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken) and local language.
- Customer-oriented with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Well-versed with the assigned location/region and local market dynamics.
- Must possess a valid driving license and own a two-wheeler for field visits.
- Energetic personality with strong customer handling capabilities.
