Job Title: Sales Manager
Location: Corporate RSO Chennai
We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Assistant Sales Manager to lead Corporate Sales at Sarovar RSO Chennai. You will focus on building strong client relationships, increasing room and banquet sales for the hotels, and maintaining & building business pipelines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet revenue goals for the company
- Identify new business opportunities and maintain client relationships in the feeder market
- Handle corporate, group, and event bookings to generate new revenue streams for the hotels
- Work closely with the unit sales teams to ensure business development from all available sources
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts for the hotel and communicate timely to the concerned teams
- Align sales strategies of the brand as per the organization goals
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, or a related field
- 08+ years of sales experience in the hospitality industry preferably in the feeder market of Tamil Nadu
- Experience of working with luxury brands is preferred
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
