Role Description
We’re seeking a dynamic Sales Manager Assistant to support our plumbing and piping distribution business. You’ll work with leading brands like Astral, Pidilite, and LEO Taps & Fittings.
What You’ll Do:
• Support sales operations and coordinate with customers and suppliers
• Manage inventory movements (inbound and outbound stock tracking)
• Maintain accurate inventory records in Excel and Zoho Inventory
• Process purchase orders, invoices, and dispatch documentation
• Coordinate stock data entry, SKU matching, and price list updates
• Support customer inquiries regarding product availability and pricing
• Assist in identifying inventory trends and reorder requirements
What We’re Looking For:
• 2-3 years of experience in sales, customer service, or related field
• Strong Excel proficiency (data entry, formulas, pivot tables)
• Excellent attention to detail and data management skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Good communication skills
• Willingness to learn new systems
Nice to Have:
• Zoho Inventory experience (we provide training!)
• Plumbing, construction, or B2B distribution background
• Inventory management experience
