Role Description
The Assistant Sales Manager will oversee and execute sales strategies, build strong client relationships, and contribute to achieving revenue targets. Responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, meeting prospective clients, preparing proposals, negotiating contracts, and maintaining comprehensive records of sales activities. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Lucknow. Additional duties include providing exceptional service to clients and collaborating with the sales team to meet company objectives.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in Sales, Client Relationship Management, and Business Development
- Strong Communication and Negotiation skills, with the ability to present ideas effectively
- Proficiency in Market Analysis and Sales Strategy Development
- Ability to meet deadlines, work under pressure, and achieve revenue targets
- Proficient in the use of CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
- Previous experience in the hospitality industry is highly advantageous
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- Strong leadership and team collaboration skills to support Sales functions
