Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gondal for the position of Assistant Sales Manager. The Assistant Sales Manager will identify and engage new business opportunities, maintain relationships with existing clients, and collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets. Responsibilities include preparing sales strategies, conducting market research, generating leads, overseeing sales processes, and coordinating with various departments to ensure customer satisfaction. Additionally, the role requires tracking market trends to provide insights for business growth.
Qualifications
- Strong sales and negotiation skills, including the ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with customers and team members.
- Proficient in market research, lead generation, and understanding industry trends.
- Basic understanding of technical product knowledge related to water treatment and beverage projects is advantageous.
- Problem-solving, customer service, and project coordination skills to support seamless sales processes.
- Bachelor’s in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA is a plus.
- Proven experience in sales or business development, preferably in manufacturing, engineering, or related industries.
- Willingness to work on-site in Gondal and perform client visits as necessary.
