Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Sales Manager located in Surat. The Assistant Sales Manager will be responsible for supporting the sales team in achieving targets, developing sales strategies, building and maintaining client relationships, and preparing sales reports. Day-to-day tasks include generating leads, conducting market research, and collaborating with the marketing team to create promotional activities.
Qualifications
- Sales, Client Relationship Management, and Customer Service skills
- Market Research and Strategic Planning skills
- Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Previous experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
