Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Khopoli for an Assistant Sales Manager. The Assistant Sales Manager will be responsible for driving revenue by implementing strategic sales initiatives, maintaining relationships with key clients, and identifying new business opportunities. Additional responsibilities include coordinating with the marketing and operations teams, preparing sales reports, and analyzing market trends to effectively position the company's offerings. The role also involves mentoring junior team members and ensuring the achievement of sales targets.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Sales Strategy Development, Business Development, and Client Relationship Management
- Strong skills in Market Research, Sales Analysis, and Revenue Optimization
- Excellent Communication, Negotiation, and Presentation skills
- Ability to lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams effectively
- Strong organizational and time management capabilities
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools
- Prior experience in the hospitality industry is an advantage
- Minimum of a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field
