Job Summary
MO Designs is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Coordinator to support the sales team in delivering a seamless customer experience. The ideal candidate will play a key role in coordinating sales operations, managing client interactions, and ensuring efficient order processing in a premium luxury environment.
Key responsbilities
- Conduct field visits to meet architects, interior designers, and project consultants
- Present and promote MO Designs’ luxury furniture collections
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with architects and clients
- Generate leads and follow up on potential projects
- Coordinate with the internal sales and design teams for client requirements
- Keep track of market trends and competitor activities
- Maintain daily visit reports and sales updates
Skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Presentable and confident personality
- Willingness to travel locally for client meetings
- Basic knowledge of furniture/interior industry (preferred)
- candidates with 1–5 years of experience can apply
