Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Noida for the position of Assistant Sales Manager. The Assistant Sales Manager will be tasked with supporting sales strategies, building client relationships, managing day-to-day sales activities, and contributing to revenue growth. Responsibilities include prospecting and identifying business opportunities, guiding clients through the sales process, and delivering exceptional customer service. Collaboration with team members to meet sales targets and reporting on performance metrics will also be key aspects of this role.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in sales techniques, client relationship management, and lead generation
- Strong communication and negotiation skills to effectively engage with clients and close deals
- Ability to analyze sales data, identify growth opportunities, and implement strategies for revenue optimization
- Problem-solving and organizational skills to manage multiple priorities efficiently
- Familiarity with real estate market trends and related processes is a plus
- Proficiency in using CRM tools or other sales management software
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field preferred
