Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Assistant Sales Manager located in Gurgaon. The Assistant Sales Manager will be responsible for supporting the sales team in achieving targets, managing client relationships, and identifying new business opportunities. Responsibilities include leading sales initiatives, negotiating and closing deals, analyzing market trends, and collaborating with the sales team to optimize processes and strategies. Regular communication with clients and ensuring excellent customer satisfaction will also be key aspects of the role.
Qualifications
- Sales and Negotiation skills with a proactive approach to business development
- Strong Organizational, Relationship Management, and Team Collaboration skills
- Market Analysis and Strategic Planning capabilities
- Excellent Communication and Presentation abilities
- Experience with CRM tools and sales software is preferred
- Self-motivated and ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment
- A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
