Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Sales Manager based in Sikkim. The Assistant Sales Manager will oversee daily sales operations, team hiring,manage a team of sales representatives and team leader, develop and execute sales strategies, and maintain client relationships. The role also involves driving revenue growth, generating leads, preparing sales reports, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and service delivery.
Qualifications
- Expertise in sales, account management, and business development
- Proficient interpersonal, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to manage, guide, and motivate a team to achieve targets
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for assessing market trends and customer needs
- Proficiency in communication, both verbal and written
- Basic understanding of digital marketing and CRM tools is a plus
- Relevant experience in management or a sales leadership role
- Graduate degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
