Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for an Assistant Sales Manager based in Patna, with flexibility for some remote work. The Assistant Sales Manager will assist in managing sales operations, develop and nurture client relationships, oversee lead generation, and ensure successful execution of sales strategies. This role also involves supporting the sales team in achieving targets, analyzing market trends, preparing reports, and contributing to business growth through customer engagement and collaboration.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in sales, client relationship management, and lead generation.
- Strong skills in communication, negotiation, and presentation.
- Ability to analyze market trends and create actionable sales strategies.
- Experience in team collaboration and supporting the achievement of sales goals.
- Knowledge of CRM software and digital sales tools is advantageous.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
- Prior experience in a similar role or education services is a plus.
- Self-motivated with a problem-solving mentality and a customer-focused approach.
