Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Assistant Sales Manager, across India. The Assistant Sales Manager will be responsible for identifying and reaching out to potential clients, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and achieving sales targets. Other responsibilities include preparing and delivering sales presentations, developing strategies to meet client requirements, and collaborating with the team to ensure smooth execution of sales processes. Additionally, the role will involve analyzing market trends and contributing to the growth and development of the business.
Qualifications
- Proven ability in Sales and Business Development, including lead generation and client relationship management
- Strong Communication, Negotiation, and Presentation skills
- Customer Relationship Management and After-Sales Support experience
- Proficiency in Market Research and Strategic Planning
- Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Experience in the solar or renewable energy sector is a strong advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field
