HDFC Life Assistant Sales Manager (ASM) is a frontline sales role, primarily within the Agency channel, focusing on recruiting, training, and driving business targets through Financial Consultants (FCs) and advisors. It is a performance-driven role requiring 1–6 years of experience, typically paying between ₹3.7 - 5.5 LPA, and focuses on advisor recruitment, retention, and customer acquisition.
Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment & Training: Recruit new advisors/Financial Consultants (FCs) and train them on product knowledge and sales techniques.Sales Target Achievement: Drive business growth, meet monthly sales targets, and mentor the team to boost productivity.
Customer & Advisor Retention: Ensure high customer retention and advisor retention within the branch.Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients and existing policyholders.
Business Development: Generate leads through networking and support FCs in selling and upselling insurance products.
