Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Assistant Sales Manager role based in Chandigarh, India. The Assistant Sales Manager will be responsible for achieving sales targets, managing a team of financial consultants, and driving business growth. Key responsibilities include strategizing to develop the business, mentoring and training team members, building relationships with clients, identifying new sales opportunities, and ensuring the highest level of customer service to meet company objectives.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Sales, Business Development, and Relationship Management
- Team Leadership and Mentorship abilities
- Strong Communication, Negotiation, and Interpersonal Skills
- Understanding of Market Trends and Analytical Skills
- Proficiency in Sales Tools and CRM systems
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field
- Experience in the insurance or financial services industry would be advantageous
