Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Noida for a Sales Manager at GoodEnough Energy. The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving revenue growth through client acquisition, maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, and creating strategies to penetrate new markets. Key responsibilities include preparing sales forecasts, achieving sales targets, collaborating with cross-functional teams to align on business objectives, and analyzing market trends to offer client-focused solutions.
Qualifications
- Sales and Business Development: Proven expertise in customer relationship management, sales forecasting, and achieving revenue targets
- Strategic Planning and Market Analysis: Strong skills in market research, competitor analysis, and formulating go-to-market strategies
- Negotiation and Communication: Excellent negotiation, interpersonal, and verbal communication skills
- Leadership and Team Collaboration: Ability to lead initiatives, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and motivate stakeholders to achieve common goals
- Technical Acumen: Familiarity with energy solutions, battery storage systems, or renewable energy infrastructure is preferred
- Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field; MBA is a plus
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the energy, technology, or manufacturing sector
