Role Overview
As a Sales Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving growth by engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and ensuring seamless order processing. You will represent GemTree while building strong, long-term client relationships based on trust and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
- Interact with customers, understand requirements, and process orders
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Ensure reliability, honesty, and professionalism in all interactions
- Leverage your knowledge of the F and V industry to add value
- Manage end-to-end order processing and fulfilment
- Collaborate closely with the supply chain team to meet customer expectations
Desired Profile
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, preferably in Marketing or Sales
- 4 to 6 years of B2B sales experience, F and V experience preferred
- Strong communication skills in English and the regional language
- Professional approach and presentation skills
