Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in Pune Division for an Assistant Sales Manager. The individual in this role will be responsible for supporting the sales team in the execution of sales strategies, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, managing client relations, assisting with sales forecasts, and meeting revenue targets. Additional duties include preparing sales presentations, coordinating client meetings, and generating sales reports to track progress.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales management, business development, and account management
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Strategic thinking abilities with a focus on achieving sales goals
- Proficiency in CRM tools, Microsoft Office Suite, and data analysis
- Knowledge of the HVAC or process industries is a significant advantage
- Ability to work on-site in Pune Division and travel as required
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field
