Role Description
We are seeking an Assistant Sales Manager for a full-time, on-site position at our Bengaluru South office. The Assistant Sales Manager will be responsible for supporting the sales team in achieving targets, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, strengthening client relationships, conducting market research, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role requires active collaboration with the marketing and operations teams to develop sales strategies and track performance metrics. Additionally, the Assistant Sales Manager will assist in preparing reports, presentations, and proposals while ensuring alignment with company goals.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in Sales Operations, Business Development, and Account Management
- Proficiency in Market Research, Client Relationship Management, and Strategic Planning
- Strong Communication, Negotiation, and Presentation abilities
- Familiarity with Digital Tools, CRM Platforms, and Sales Analytics
- Problem-solving mindset and ability to work efficiently in a team-oriented environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Previous experience in the tech solutions or export services domain is a plus
