Role Overview
We are looking for a driven Assistant Sales Manager to handle end-to-end sales for commercial office spaces while managing a sales team. This role is ideal for someone who understands commercial leasing and coworking ecosystems and can confidently close deals while leading from the front.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage inbound leads and understand client workspace requirements
- Present suitable coworking / managed office options
- Conduct site visits across Delhi NCR
- Negotiate commercials and drive deal closures
- Lead and mentor a team of sales executives
- Ensure CRM accuracy, pipeline tracking, and reporting
- Build strong relationships with brokers, operators, and landlords
What We’re Looking For
Minimum 2+ years of experience in Commercial Leasing / Coworking Sales (MANDATORY)
Strong understanding of Delhi NCR micro-markets
Excellent communication & negotiation skills
Team handling / leadership experience preferred
Ability to manage high-intent clients and close deals efficiently
