Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Sales Manager based in Raipur. The Assistant Sales Manager will oversee and drive sales through business development, nurturing client relationships, and implementing strategic sales plans. Responsibilities include identifying new opportunities, meeting sales targets, managing sales data, and collaborating closely with marketing and operations teams. The role requires proactive client engagement, delivering customized solutions, and maintaining strong partnerships to ensure customer satisfaction and revenue growth.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in Sales, Business Development, and Account Management
- Strong skills in Relationship Building, Client Communication, and Negotiation
- Experience in preparing and executing Sales Plans and Strategies
- Organizational abilities with proficiency in Sales Reporting and Analytics tools
- Ability to work collaboratively with marketing and operations teams
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field
- Past experience in the hospitality or travel industry is preferred
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
