Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Assistant Sales Manager, based in the Greater Delhi Area. The Assistant Sales Manager will be responsible for driving revenue growth by generating leads, managing client relationships, and closing sales. Daily tasks include responding to client inquiries, preparing proposals, coordinating event details, and collaborating with the operations team to ensure seamless event execution. Additional responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, maintaining sales records, and meeting sales targets. The role requires a strong focus on customer satisfaction and effective communication skills.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Sales, Lead Generation, and Meeting Sales Targets
- Experience in Customer Relationship Management and Client Handling
- Ability to Create and Deliver Proposals and Presentations
- Organizational and Multitasking Skills, including Event Coordination
- Proficiency in Negotiation and Closing Sales
- Excellent Verbal Communication and Networking Skills
- Proficiency in using CRM software and basic knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
- Experience in the events or hospitality industry is an added advantage
