Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Assistant Sales Manager, based in Delhi, India. The Assistant Sales Manager will support the sales team in identifying new business opportunities, maintaining client relationships, and preparing customized proposals. Responsibilities include market research, planning sales strategies, coordinating with the service team for client satisfaction, meeting assigned sales targets, and ensuring timely project delivery to clients. The role involves regular client interaction, presenting technical solutions, and collaborating with various internal teams to meet customer requirements effectively.
Qualifications
- Strong background in Sales Management, Client Acquisition, and Market Research.
- Technical knowledge in HVAC or related industries and the ability to present technical solutions.
- Exceptional Communication and Interpersonal Skills for building and maintaining client relationships.
- Organizational, Planning, and Time Management Skills for meeting deadlines and sales targets.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred)
- Experience in the HVAC industry or a similar field is an advantage.
- Willingness to travel as required.
