We are looking for an Assistant Sales Manager to join our growing team.
Salary: CTC up to ₹4,80,000 – ₹5,40,000 per year (based on experience)

Eligibility:
- Candidates with 3 to 5 years of experience in sales/business development
- Preferred experience in interiors, architecture, real estate, or luxury retail industry
- Strong communication, negotiation, and client relationship skills
- Ability to manage sales pipelines, follow-ups, and client coordination
- Leadership and team coordination abilities preferred

Key Responsibility:
- Assisting in managing the sales and business development process
- Handling client inquiries, meetings, and project discussions
- Coordinating with the design team for proposals and presentations
- Supporting lead generation and conversion activities
- Maintaining strong client relationships and ensuring smooth communication
- Tracking sales targets, follow-ups, and CRM updates
- Assisting in preparing sales reports and performance analysis
- Supporting the Sales Manager in achieving business growth targets
