Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Assistant Sales Manager, located in Hyderabad. Key responsibilities include managing sales operations, developing and implementing sales strategies, building strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets. The role also involves guiding and motivating the sales team, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction through the delivery of tailored financial solutions.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in sales management, relationship building, and team leadership
- Proficiency in customer service and client support
- Understanding of financial products, including loans, savings, and investments
- Analytical and strategic thinking skills for developing and executing sales strategies
- Effective communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in an on-site team environment
- Prior experience in financial services or sales will be advantageous
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
