Role Description
We are seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager for a full-time, on-site role located in Bengaluru South. The Assistant Restaurant Manager will oversee daily operations, ensure customer satisfaction, manage staff performance, and maintain operational efficiency. Responsibilities include supervising team members, ensuring food quality standards are met, managing inventory, and maintaining a clean and organized environment. The role also involves assisting with staff training, scheduling, handling customer concerns, and implementing company policies to meet business objectives.
Qualifications
- Strong leadership, team management, and interpersonal skills
- Experience in inventory management, cost control, and operational efficiency
- Ability to deliver excellent customer service and resolve customer concerns effectively
- Basic knowledge of food safety standards and compliance
- Proven ability to train, mentor, and schedule team members
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Experience in the Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) industry or fast-paced food service environment preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is a plus
- Fluency in spoken and written English; knowledge of local languages is an asset
