Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Assistant Restaurant Manager based in Bengaluru South. The Assistant Restaurant Manager will oversee daily restaurant operations, including staff supervision, scheduling, and ensuring exceptional customer service. Key responsibilities include managing dining services, maintaining health and safety standards, handling guest inquiries and complaints, and supporting inventory and stock management. The role also involves assisting with training and development of team members and contributing to the overall success of the restaurant.
Qualifications
- Excellent leadership, team management, and interpersonal skills
- Experience with restaurant operations, including scheduling and inventory control
- Strong skills in customer service, complaint resolution, and maintaining guest satisfaction
- Knowledge of food safety, health, and hygiene regulations
- Ability to train and develop team members to maintain high service standards
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and multitasking abilities
- Previous experience in restaurant or hospitality management is an asset
- Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management, Hospitality, or a related field is preferred
